Return & Refund Policy

We want you (and your pup) to love your Water Waggers gear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Need a different size or design? No problem—just email us and we’ll help get you the right fit.
